Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan a QR or open the link and they're in the feed in seconds — straight from their browser, no install needed. The WeddingPOV app is on iPhone too (Android coming soon); it's what guests use to record video clips, and most people stick with the web for photos.
How do guests join my wedding?
You get a 6-character code and a QR poster you can print. Guests scan the QR or type the code on app.weddingpov.com/join. That's it.
Can guests record video?
Yes. Guests can record 30-second clips with sound — the toast, the vows, the first dance. Clips are recorded in the iPhone app, and they land in the same feed as the photos and play as you scroll past them. Photos work from any phone browser with nothing to install.
What happens to our photos and clips after the wedding?
They stay yours. The couple can download the whole album — every photo and clip — as a zip from the web, or save it straight into their photo library from the iPhone app. We don't sell, share, or use your photos and videos to train AI models — ever.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The free tier gives you a live gallery that stays up for 30 days and holds 100 photos and videos — enough to set up, try everything, and share the whole day. Want to keep it longer? Hold the gallery for 6 months ($14.99) or a full year ($29.99). Both auto-renew and you can cancel anytime.
