Questions, answered
Is this a subscription?
Yes. The 6-month and 1-year galleries are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime, and your gallery stays live through the end of the current period.
What happens if I exceed the free tier's 100 photos?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade. Existing photos stay safe — nothing gets deleted. You just can't add more until you start a paid gallery.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan a QR code and join the gallery in their browser. There's also a free iOS and Android app for guests who prefer one.
How long do my photos stay accessible?
Free: 30 days. 6-month gallery: 6 months, auto-renewing. 1-year gallery: 1 year, auto-renewing. As long as the subscription is active, the gallery stays live.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Cancel through the Apple App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Subscriptions). Your gallery remains accessible through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle their own refunds — request one through Apple's Report a Problem (reportaproblem.apple.com) or your Google Play account. Edge cases or questions, email support@weddingpov.com.
